Aviagen^® France recently held Ross^® 308 workshops in Beaucouzé, attended by over 25 participants representing ten Parent Stock and Broiler customers. Grounded in real field observations, this brand new concept was driven by three key objectives:

• Deepen the knowledge and management of the Ross 308
• Strengthen connections between the two sectors of our industry – parent and broiler production
• Combine theory with hands-on practice to bridge knowledge and real-world application

Over three days, participants engaged in meaningful discussions on health, nutrition and management with Aviagen presenters and guest speakers. Theory was complemented with practical sessions designed to share expertise and foster cooperation across the different segments of the poultry meat supply chain.

The enthusiasm and commitment shown throughout the workshops reflect the spirit of collaboration and learning within the poultry sector. We look forward to similar events in the future enabling us to breed customer success.
